Our core values are rooted in our honour for the Jews who did and did not survive the Holocaust. At Shvartz & Co, we believe our mission is to continue the Jewish culture in Israel and abroad, making it stronger and more successful. This mission was inspired by the tragic life stories of Shvartz & Co founder and CEO’s grandparents, Miriam (Aharon) Shvartz and Yosef Shvartz, who were Holocaust survivors.
Miriam and Yosef Shvartz arrived in Israel during the Aaliyah Bet on a boat and built their lives from scratch. They founded Kibbutz Zikim and lived by the Zionist ideals, despite the destruction of their childhood and youth during the war. Their values and dedication to their family, community, and Jewish heritage, were the inspiration for their grandson Or Shvartz to establish Shvartz & Co and help Jewish communities around the world.
Today, as we remember the stories of all of the Jews who went through the Holocaust, we know that they would be proud to see our work in helping the Jewish community around the globe. At Shvartz & Co, we are committed to supporting Jewish communities, strengthening Jewish culture, and fighting against anti-Semitism. We honour the memory of those who lost their lives during the Holocaust and pledge to continue our mission to ensure the survival and success of the Jewish people.
